As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, you have dedicated yourself to serving and protecting our country. Sexual harassment should never be a part of your experience or service. If you have faced harassment or discrimination, please know that your safety, dignity, and well-being are priorities, and support is available to help you.

If you work for the Canadian Armed Forces and try to fix the problem with your union but are still unhappy with the result, you can contact the Canadian Human Rights Commission. For more info, click here.

If you are in the Canadian Armed Forces (Regular Force or Reserves), you can go directly to the Canadian Human Rights Commission if you want to complain about sexual harassment or discrimination. You do not need to go through the internal redress process first.

The Commission will treat your complaint with respect and keep it confidential. You can file it directly with them or transfer it to them anytime.
