Estate Planning Legal Health Volunteer Lawyers commit to:

  • provide up to 30 minutes of free summary legal advice regarding estate planning to a qualifying patient; and
  • prepare one or more of a free will, power of attorney, or personal directive for a qualifying patient, based on the patient-client's needs.

We anticipate volunteer lawyers will receive 3 to 4 referrals per year, although number of referrals will ebb and flow.

Please contact [email protected] if you have questions.
