We want to say thank you to all the seniors who've helped LISNS along the way. Seniors make up almost 20 per cent of the Nova Scotia population and play an important role in families, workplaces, the volunteer sector and the economy.
New wireless code

The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission’s mandatory, national Wireless Code of Conduct is now in force.
Helmet head
Skiers and snowboarders of all ages must wear helmets at Nova Scotia ski hills. Nova Scotia's Snow Sport Helmet Act, which has been Nova Scotia law since 2012, requires all downhill skiers and snowboarders to wear a securely fastened, certified snow sport helmet on ski lifts or the slopes.
