The Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia (LISNS) is proud to announce the launch of the Power of Attorney App (POA-E App). This online tool makes it easier for Nova Scotians to create a legally valid enduring power of attorney. This new resource is the latest addition to LISNS’s Estate Planning Suite of Tools, which includes the Wills App and Personal Directive App.

In addition to helping people create their enduring Power of Attorney, LISNS has also developed resources for donors and those acting as attorneys and monitors. These resources include record-keeping and monitoring tools to help them fulfill their legal duties responsibly.

The Power of Attorney app, as well as the My Enduring Power of Attorney guide, joins LISNS' Estate Planning Suite of tools: The Wills app and Guide, and The Personal Diretive App and Reflection workbook.
