The EPLH pilot will offer free estate planning legal help to eligible patients with a life-limiting illness who are receiving palliative care through the QEII – Victoria General Building in Halifax.

Eligible patients will receive free legal information, summary advice, and a will or Power of Attorney, prepared by a volunteer lawyer.

To volunteer, please complete the Estate Planning Legal Health sign-up form for lawyers.
