Some booklets have a fee – they are clearly marked.

You may order up to 10 copies of the free pamphlet at no cost. If you order more than 10 copies of the same pamphlet you will be charged $0.30 per pamphlet over and above 10.

How do I order?

• This is an online order form – just put in the number of publications you want in the corresponding box, add your name, address and phone number, and we will mail you the documents you requested. Only the non-ecommerce items (ie. the ones without a * symbol) will be applicable in this format. The other items (the blue links with a * symbol) are available through our online store, which will take you to paypal for purchase.
