LISNS new location

Heather and Nicholas

The Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia (LISNS) has moved! We are delighted to announce we are now co-located with L'Association des juristes d'expression française de la Nouvelle-Écosse (AJEFNE to better deliver legal information services to Nova Scotians.

"With the expiry of our lease and our increasing interest in working together on projects, it just makes sense to be working in the same premises and achieving synergies in service delivery” says Heather de Berdt Romilly, LISNS’ Executive Director.

An excellent rapport has developed between LISNS and AJEFNE as LISNS had the opportunity to work closely with Nicholas LeBlanc prior to his assuming the role of Executive Director of AJEFNE. With Nicholas’ leadership of AJEFNE, LISNS and AJEFNE have identified needs and opportunities to collaborate through serving Nova Scotians at the Accès Justice Access Centre located in downtown Halifax and through website and program and service delivery to the regions of Nova Scotia.

Stay tuned for future updates on how LISNS and AJEFNE are improving Nova Scotians’ access to justice!

LISNS and AJEFNE offices are located at the Accès Justice Access Centre at 1663 Brunswick Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
